Specialising in evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Person-centred therapy, utilising cognitive behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy to assist clients in navigating challenges affecting their mental health and wellness. Reach out with any questions. We are Spanish-speaking therapists.​​

Availability:

Tuesday  - Friday, early afternoon. Saturday morning sessions

Face-to-face by appointment only.
